Don graduated from Elyria High School in 1978. Don started working for Williams Brothers Builders, Inc. in 1980. He started out as a laborer with the firm’s Sitework, masonry, and carpentry crews. He was then enrolled in the Carpenter’s Apprenticeship Training Program in 1982, earning his Journeyman Classification.
In 1988, Don accepted a position as a project superintendant for the Wilson Bennett Construction Company of North Royalton, Ohio. While with Wilson Bennett, Don successfully completed projects at Cleveland Metro Health Hospital, NASA Lewis Research Center, Berea Recreation Center, and Ohio Aerospace Institute.
In 1992 Williams Brothers Builders, Inc. offered a position of carpenter foreman to Don and he accepted, starting immediately. Don was then promoted to superintendant and currently is responsible for supervising Williams Brothers employees and coordinating sub-contractors and material suppliers for projects assigned to him
